Opportunity Zone Map Guide is a static research site. The first launch is designed to collect minimal operational data needed to understand whether visitors can find the ZIP, state, city, guide, and source pages.
The first-week setup supports privacy-oriented pageview analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, with optional GA4 support if a Google measurement ID is selected. Analytics scripts load only when a production analytics ID is configured.
The ZIP form runs in the browser and returns research guidance on the same page. The first version does not store submitted ZIP codes in a site database.
The first launch does not include user registration, saved searches, payment forms, property intake forms, or personalized dashboards.
A visitor's browser requests static pages, images, CSS, JavaScript, and public source links. Hosting and analytics providers may process standard operational information such as page URL, referrer, approximate geography, device type, browser type, timestamp, and performance signals.
The launch event layer can record aggregate actions such as ZIP form submission, state-page clicks, source-link clicks, and map-resource clicks. These events are used to understand first-week discovery and navigation, not to build user accounts or personalized profiles.
The first version does not ask visitors for names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, tax documents, investment documents, or property ownership records.
Data source links take visitors to third-party websites. Those websites may use their own logs, cookies, forms, or analytics. Review their privacy notices before submitting information to them.
If the site later adds address lookup, saved reports, contact forms, advertising, or affiliate relationships, this page should be updated before those features go live.
